Entry to our events is at your own risk. Kiz Underground Events and its cooperating organizations cannot be held liable for any injury and/or material or immaterial damage.
 

Kiz Underground Events is not liable for theft, loss, and/or damage. Kiz Underground Events advises against bringing valuable items to the events and/or leaving them in your car.
 

During our events, photos and videos will be taken for our website and social media channels for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, the visitor grants the organization permission to use these recordings for such purposes. Should a visitor see a photo of themselves after the event and wish for it to be removed, they can request this by emailing: kizzundergroundutrecht@gmail.com
 

To gain access to Kiz Underground Events' events, you must possess a valid entry ticket. Tickets for our events are available through our online ticket shop.
 

Purchased tickets are non-refundable by the organization.
 

In case of any irregularities (such as counterfeit tickets or identification fraud), the organization reserves the right to report this to the police.
 

The program is subject to change. If it becomes necessary to alter the program, the organization reserves the right to do so.
 

Bringing food and drinks into the venue is prohibited.
 

It is forbidden to enter Kiz Underground Events' events with the following items: glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, (domestic) animals, objects with discriminatory and/or provocative texts or expressions, weapons of any kind (blunt, edged, firearms, or other objects that can be used as a weapon), items that could negatively impact the safety, health, or well-being of visitors, aerosol cans, sprayers, fireworks, torches, professional video, audio, recording, and photography equipment (excluding digital compact cameras and mobile phones with a camera function). All such items are subject to confiscation and/or reporting to the police.
 

Loud music may be produced at the events. Kiz Underground Events is not liable for any adverse effects on hearing. Kiz Underground Events advises wearing earplugs.
